About

When I was a child I loved fairy tales and I painted with the lipstick on the walls.
Then I grew up and I discovered paper, pencils and brushes.
I still love fairy tales and I like to create whimsical worlds with funny animals.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
◆ Please make sure that subjects, sizes and shipping address are correct before placing your order.
 Orders cannot be changed once submitted.

◆ Personalized orders:

Personalized orders are not exchangeable or refundable. 

However if you make a mistake on your personalization (e.g.: wrong name or date) please contact me immediatly. If your order hasn’t already been made I will be happy to make the necessary correction before the shipping.

◆ Digital download. I’m sorry, due to the nature of the downloadable digital files sold I cannot offer a refund/exchange. 



◆ Annual Calendar. I’m sorry, due to the perishable nature of the product I cannot offer a refund/exchange after January 15. 



◆ Refunds If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for all returning shipping charges (Custom/Duty charges included).

According to EU law refund will include item value + regular shipping cost. Shipping upgrade will not be refunded.
I will be happy to issue a refund only after receiving back your purchase. 
Please note: item that have been damaged, altered or cutted from original will be not refunded.


I do my best to ensure that your package will arrive safely. However, if something happens during shipping, don’t hesitate to contact me and I will do everything I can to ensure you are happy with your final product.

◆ Lost item: I will gladly replace all lost prints with the exact same items you order in first place at no extra cost. (no address, text or subjects change, I'm sorry)
➔ Please make sure your address is up to date. I'm not responsible in case of wrong or incomplete addresses or for order with tracking number marked as delivered.

◆ Damaged prints during delivery will be resent for free. 
If you receive a damaged package please contact me as soon as possible. 
Please, keep the envelope and the damaged print, I’ll ask you for some pictures before sending you a new copy of the same print. (subject or text change is not possible)


➔ Please note 

Shipments are considered lost after 30 days in Italy; 60 days in Europe , USA & Canada and 90 days in the rest of the world.

◆ Shipment to courier: Please remember I'm responsible only for lost and damages that happens before the second shipment. In case of damaged parcel please make sure your courier send you photos of the envelope immediately as usual, and kindly write me. I will gladly replace them for free. I'm really sorry but I will not replace or refund item damaged, spoiled or lost during the second shipment. Hope you understand. Thank you.

➔➔ Parcel not collected by the Buyer at the Custom Border will be refunded only if and when it will be received back. Real shipping cost and a 30% of the value will not be refunded. Damaged and personalized items will not be refunded.

◆ Items will be shipped only after payment is received. 

◆ I will ship to your Etsy address, please make sure it is complete, correct and up to date before ordering. 

◆ Tracking numbers are available as a shipping upgrade during check out.
◆ Shipment to Courier & Hotels : I will gladly do it for you, but please, contact me before placing your order, tracking number upgrade is required. Please make also sure to read my refund/exchange policies. Thank you.
◆ All orders are packaged carefully, sealed in a plastic sleeve with a heavy protective cardboard mailer envelope


◆ All my prints are sent by
Italian PostaPrioritaria or French Poste Prioritaire without tracking and without insurance to keep shipping costs down.


The choice and the cost of postal service depends on my location when you order. I update them every time I move from Italy to France and back.
◆ If you need a faster delivery option or if you have specific shipping request please contact me and together we will find the best solution for you.
