The dress itself is a dream - it is so unique and elegant, light and comfortable to wear, and the design is perfect for a bride like me with less assets in the front... As I purchased it through sample sale, it is still in the process of alteration, carried out by our amazing designer herself, and I'm so looking forwarding to wearing it when it's ready and will update this post with pictures. I am blown away by the craftsmanship and detail Maki demonstrated sewing my wedding skirt and top. She is a joy to work with - she got in touch with me to confirm specific measurements and details to make sure my items were perfect. She also accommodated a late request to incorporate some blue thread inside the skirt to make sure I had "something blue" on my wedding day. When the outfit arrived (beautifully packaged), it fit perfectly and doesn't even need minor tailoring - this is a testament to the care Maki takes with every item she sews. I am so impressed by the quality of the fabric and how special the pieces feel. I can't wait to wear them!
