The story about LaVostraDolceVita
"La Vostra Dolce Vita" from Italian means "your sweet life".
I started to decorate items just for my self, like a hobby. The first incrusted computer mice was made long before I even knew the word "incrustation".
Than, a few years later I decided to make shiny my cars emblem. Then friends car.. Then i found that decorated car emblem keychain could be interesting gift for you or your friends.
So now decided to open a small shop to share my hobby with other people.
"your sweet life" - it is so nice when you can have something that is exactly what you are looking for.
I use ONLY GENUINE Swarovski Crystals (SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS) for decoration. Swarovski crystals have a brilliant shine that is far superior to the shine of an imitation crystal.

Undelivered shipments are considered lost after 45 days since the shipping date, at which point I offer a refund or a reshipment at buyer's choice. In times of known (officially published) delays and problems with the postal service, this time may be extended to 60 days.
If something goes wrong or you feel you received something very different from what you ordered, please contact me within four (14) day of receipt of item. You will get a refund if it's sent back unused and in original condition. A refund minus shipping will be issued when the item is received back in the original condition.
Refund can only be issued to the buyer’s original payment method used for the purchase.
If the buyer checked out in a different currency, they'd be refunded the same amount that they paid, regardless of any currency rate fluctuations that have occurred since the time of sale.

Once shipped, here are possible reception delays, according to Latvian Post:
- EU: up to 7-14 days;
- US: up to 14-28 days;
- Everywhere else: up to 14-42 days.
Usually the shipping lasts about 14 days, but it can still vary up to 4 weeks, or even more, especially at winter time);

SHIPPING DELAYS:
Shipping delays may occur due to slow customs processing, postal service errors, bad weather, holidays etc. It is very rare for shipments to get lost, but sometimes delivery can take longer than usual; on rare occasions even up to two months. Please understand that I have no control over transit times as shipping is handled by your country's postal service. I am commited to great customer service and will always make sure my customers recieve their orders; please see my refund policy for cases of non-delivery.
All items are registered mail with a tracking number. It means that it could be tracked and also will be given to you with a signature. It is the only way to ship from my country.
