My name is Karla. As a MLS and former Reference Laboratory Supervisor, I know firsthand that our world demands absolute precision under immense pressure. In a reference lab setting, the stakes are incredibly high, the testing volumes are massive, and compliance is non-negotiable. Yet, the tools we use to track validation, inventory, and QC data are often outdated or built from scratch on a rushed afternoon.
