How does the custom jewelry process work?
• Please reach out to us to begin your custom order request.
• Share any specific images, drawings, or design ideas you have.
• Please specify your preferred gold colour and karat, as well as your ring size if you would like to create a custom ring.
• After receiving your design details, we will create a CAD drawing for your approval.
• You will be quoted, once the design is finalized.
• Production will begin once the order is placed.
• Custom or personalized orders are non-cancellable and may incur higher cancellation/restocking fees.
Are lab-grown diamonds real and certified?
• Yes, absolutely.
• Our diamonds are genuine lab-grown diamonds, not simulants such as cubic zirconia. They have the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds.
• Most center stones are IGI Certified and include an official IGI grading report. The listing description will specify whether certification is included.
What metals and Stone Colour do you use in your jewelry?
• We use only solid precious metals, including: 10K / 14K / 18K Solid Gold (White, Yellow, Rose),
Platinum, 925 Sterling Silver. All pieces are properly hallmarked for authenticity and purity.
