Yes! We will accept an order cancellation regardless of the reason as long as your order has not been made yet. Once your order is made, we are no longer able to cancel it.

Due to the custom nature of the products we sell, everything is made to order. For this reason, we unfortunately are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. However, if you’re unsatisfied with your order, always feel free to reach out so we can help resolve any issues!

All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days after the day an order is placed. We will always ship as soon as we can within your designated 3 day window.

This will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. USPS standard shipping is an estimated 3-6 business days in transit after the day of shipping. USPS Priority shipping is an estimated 1-4 business days in transit after the day of shipping. Please note that these are just estimates provided by USPS and do not take into account any potential unexpected delays that may occur during transit.

Your tracking number can be used to get status updates on the location of your package. Please note that we only have the same visibility to your package as you do through the tracking. Any questions on delayed or lost packages should be asked directly to USPS customer service with your tracking number handy!

Please refer to the size chart located in the photos of each listing. The dimensions are provided for each label size. Please be sure to measure your bottles/candles prior to purchasing to make sure the fit will be right!

Yes! If the predetermined label sizes outlined on the size chart do not work for you, feel free to reach out with your custom dimensions. We can accommodate most label sizes needed.
