I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted but he was patient and even encouraged the weatherproofing after seeing where I was going to hang it. I cannot rave enough about this seller and the quality work he does!

Can you match the design of my _____ ?
Yes! 99% of the time, we can match or almost match any example you send us. These do qualify as custom designs however, which require an additional fee.
Can you change the color of this design?
Yes. The vast majority of our designs can be fully customized. The only exceptions to this are designs with painted graphics (watercolors, flowers, etc.)
How do I know if I need a rush/Overnight order?
Our standard turnaround time is 4-6 days, including delivery (in the USA.) We recommend that you order AT LEAST a week in advance to your event. If your event is less than THREE DAYS from the point of ordering, you will need to request Overnight Mail.
Can I reorder an item if I need more?
Yes! We keep all designs on file for an easy reorder process. Just contact us and let us know how many of an item you need to reorder, and we'll set up a custom link for you. Alternately, you can order from the same listing as before, and just write "reorder" in the Personalization box.
How do I personalize my order?
The majority of our listings have a "PERSONALIZATION" box on the order page. You can enter your custom details here. If there is no box, you can use the "Notes to Hickory Rose" box during checkout, or send your details in an Etsy message.
Can I see a proof before I order?
Due to copywrite reasons and time restrictions, we DO NOT offer proofs before orders are placed. After you purchase, we will send a digital proof via Etsy messaging. If there's anything you don't like, you can request changes. Nothing will be printed until you approve. For sign orders, we offer a deposit option so you can pay a small portion ahead of time to see a draft before placing a full order.
