Custom and personalized orders
Please contact me if you have certain pictures or colors you would like specifically matched.
Sizing details
3D Letters are 6in tall. Please message for 8in with additional charge. Cake Toppers & other decorations vary in size, please contact me if a specific size is needed.
Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of the made to order items I do not accept cancellations. If you have made a mistake please contact me immediately to resolve any issues. Some exceptions to this rule may apply. Once the item has already been made and/or shipped there cannot be any changes made.
Lost Package/Not Delivered
Please contact me in the event your package tracking has stopped moving for several days or never arrives.
LaceDesignsStudio is not responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen packages once they are accepted by the post office, however please never hesitate to contact me if you have any problems.
Damaged Product
ATTENTION:
If you receive a damaged package or damaged product you MUST:
•Contact me immediately (within 24-48 hours) of delivery notification
•Send pictures of the damage AND of the box
•Retain all packaging and damaged product in your possession until the claim process is done (about 1-2 weeks)
IMPORTANT:
NO damage claims will be accepted after your event date
Care instructions
Items are handcrafted out of 65 lb cardstock paper and hot glue sticks. They are sturdy and will last a while if properly handled and taken care to avoid exposure to certain elements (ex. Water, prolonged direct sunlight, crushing weight etc).
