We began developing our cloth napkins about a year ago in 2018 with the hope to begin selling locally and through Etsy. I've always studied art but I love seeing my designs on different products.

A love of fabric and sewing has passed down in my family through four generations. I love that the tradition is being carried on. After I create a design and print it my mother hand sews the fabric into re-usable cloth napkins. Each design in my shop is made with care. I hope you enjoy our designs and products!

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
It is very important to me that you receive a quality item, free of any defects. Please email me a picture of the item if there is a defect. While I cannot offer a refund. If there is a significant defect issue with your product, I will contact the company to determine if an exchange is possible. I will make every effort to ensure a fair exchange is made. If an item is returned to me because of a defect in printing or shipping, the buyer must pay the postage of the return item. We will then reorder the item and pay the postage for the exchange. Once again, refunds are not accepted, but we will work with our customers if the item arrives in your home with a defect.
There are no refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse. A purchase is a binding contract, so please shop carefully and responsibly.
Payment
We accept PayPal payments. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay using PayPal.
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
We will not send your order until the payment has cleared. If you have any questions, concerns or problems, please contact us at lacifletcherart [!at] gmail.com.
If you place an order, and we do not receive payment, we will send ONE email to see if there may have been a processing problem. If we do not receive a response or payment, the order will be canceled.
Shipping
I ship via USPS (United States Post Office) 

If you would like your item shipped using another shipping method such as UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, etc. Please let me know, and I will make such arrangements. 

Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. That includes upgrades for insurance.

I cannot be responsible for items lost or stolen in the post. I also cannot be responsible for a lost item if you have provided an incorrect address to Etsy. 

I stress, please make sure your Etsy address is correct.
