I was a bit surprised by this review but even in the beginning, I thought this sale might be troublesome. That being said, I took extra care in packing, added extra stitching, shipped by priority mail and even provided one of my upgraded bridal hats. I even took pictures of my packing and the hat itself in case it arrived damaged. Sadly, it wasn’t quite enough.
