Announcement   Welcome to my Etsy shop.
Stick to your passion....I am interested in more than one artistic medium. I like to challenge myself in trying and achieving new goals. This I believe I can successfully achieve.

I am a mixed media artist.
All my jewelry iand mosaics are created in my home studio. I started doing fused glass jewelry in the early 80’s. I have taken many classes in fused glass and jewelry making over the years so I have the knowledge and experience to make a fine finished piece of art, jewelry or home decorating accessory. Each piece is individually handmade.

I do not do routine production. I like new challenges and inspiration. I believe that shows in my work, however big or small.

Thank you for visiting my shop. I hope you appreciate and like my work enough to visit again, and tell your friends too.

Proud team member of the Creative Glass Guild of Etsy, and the Etsy mosaic team.

About

Glass Gone Wild

I purchased the Boyce Lundstrom and Daniel Schworer's hot glass fusing book and really liked the whole [process of fused glass. I had to do it. My husband had already bought me a kiln for ceramics so I was on my way. FAST. I started small, doing a lot of jewelry, going to art shows and making a name for myself. I was one of the first glass fusers in my area.

I then went on to make enough money to pay for classes to Camp Colton, the mecca of Boyce Lunstrom's glass fusing classes in Portland, Ore. Two weeks of glass, glass and more glass. I learned so much, had a great time. The rest is history... I was a glass fuser!

Of course an artist wants to move on and make bigger and bigger artwork. I made fused glass masks, plates and wall art. I was hooked.

Then I discovered dichroic glass in the mid 80's. So beautiful, cool and expensive, back then. So it was back to jewelry again. Got into bigger shows and then galleries. Fun, fun!

I now focus on my fused glass, mosaics and mixed media.
Coming soon will be enameling metal, partnering with fused glass. Never enough time.

Welcome to my store. I am very proud to show you my work. I have been fusing glass since 1986. I make fused Dichroic glass jewelry and glass mosaics. For the last five years I have fallen in love with polymer clay, with which I make jewelry and accessories. I find that polymer clay is a very innovative and unique material with no boundaries in it's creative potential.

Payment
I prefer Paypal. All payments are to be in US dollars. FLORIDA RESIDENTS ONLY: I must charge you Florida State Sales Tax based on the county I mail the order to.

WHY PAYPAL? Using PayPal affords both Buyer and Seller protection in the event of a dispute.

I will ship purchases within 2 business days after payment. I ship USPS. Cost of shipping includes shipping & handling & tracking. Shipping does not include cost of insurance. If you require insurance please contact me so I can give you the added cost. I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. I will work with you for a replacement of the item, or pick another item from my shop. I ship to the address that you have listed w/Paypal. Out of the country purchases: Since tracking and insurance is not available when shipping out of the US. If lost or damaged in the mail, I cannot be responsible for replacement of the item.
