Payment
We accept payment via Pay Pal. It is super simple as Etsy takes you there automatically. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account, they simply handle the credit card or check processing. Payment is expected within 48 hours of finalized details for your custom order. For Pay Pal check payments, we will not start your custom item until they send us confirmation that your payment has cleared (typically 5 business days).
Shipping
Please see our shop announcement for current production lead times. This is the number of days that it will take following confirmed payment to complete your custom order prior to shipping.

Cakes will be shipped insured and tracked via Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground with an estimated 3-5 business day delivery. Orders weighing up to 13 ounces will be shipped First Class Mail via USPS with delivery confirmation. This method has a 2-9 business day delivery. Orders weighing over 13 ounces (excluding cakes) will be shipped Priority Mail via USPS with delivery confirmation. This method has a 2-3 business day delivery. Free local delivery to the Orlando area may be arranged in advance as well. Please convo me prior to placing your order if you request rush shipping or a specific delivery method. I will notify you when your item has shipped and include your tracking number.

We use clean recycled packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and/or air bags in our boxed items and bubble mailers for our smaller items. Some items such as bows may flatten slightly during shipping and need to be fluffed upon arrival. For environmenal purposes, we do not include a printed invoice with your shipped order.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. However, your satisfaction is very important to me. Since all orders are custom made, special care is taken during the order process to ensure your approval of key elements prior to creation and shipment. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if I have made an error in the design or if your item is received damaged. Please notify me within 24hrs of receiving your order to resolve the issue.
Additional policies and FAQs
Our primary method of communication is Etsy email which also sends the conversation to the email account you have in your Etsy profile. However, these emails are prone to getting caught in Spam filters. Please make sure to add Etsy to your contact list or check your Junk Mail folder for missing messages.

Sending a gift? We would be happy to include a complimentary card for your gift. Please provide the details for your note and the shipping address in the comments to seller section of your order.
