This gorgeous scarf is elegant and dainty and perfect! The amount of sparkle in the yarn is perfect, and is so wintry and I can't get enough of it!

This cowl was absolutely beautiful!!! The seller was so kind and easy to work with! I bought this for my mom's birthday and it was very last minute, but she had the cowl made and shipped to me so quickly that it made it in time for my mom's birthday! The quality was exquisite! I will definitely be shopping here again!

I'm loving this Herringbone Stitch in this marbled grey! It would make a great scarf. Maybe in this charcoal?

About

Once upon a time, I learned to knit to make a Harry Potter Gryffindor Scarf and just couldn't put my needles down.

Years ago, my aunt gave me the first two Harry Potter books for Christmas. I was so enchanted I decided to knit her a Gryffindor scarf for another Christmas. Only I didn't know how to knit.

Fortunately, my mother's friend taught me the basics Thanksgiving weekend and I was simply addicted. My first project (to be completed in a month!): an eleven foot Gryffindor scarf in dark red and gold. My aunt was utterly delighted.

Ever since I have enjoyed knitting things for family members and friends and learning new techniques and stitches. It's hard to stop buying yarn! A few years ago I decided to open an Etsy shop so I could share my handmade items with people who don't knit!

Usually I have multiple projects going, skeins of yarn piled next to me, knitting needles in an extra Starbucks red cup (which was never drunk out of, mind you). It's a joy to be able to provide my lovely customers with things I knit just for them to give their loved ones (or wear themselves).

You'll often find me knitting with a Jane Austen or other period drama or Doctor Who on, a huge mug of tea steaming, a candle burning, and a bowl of popcorn, my dog, Molly Weasley, sleeping on the loveseat. (If only I had a fire place!)

Now if only I could get that one project finished?

Shipping
For custom made orders please allow 7-14 days for the item to be made before shipping, depending on the item being made.

All ready-made orders will be shipped within 5 business days, usually faster. If you need something quite quickly please send me a message and we will work it out.

I have listed prices for shipping to the US. Due to recent USPS shipping increases I haven't listed shipping prices for other countries but I am open to sending to other countries. Please contact me with the item you are interested in and the country and I will get back to you.

I prefer to charge the smallest amount possible for shipping so your shipping costs are lower. In order to do so I will most likely ship first class (or Priority if that is close in price). This means it might be a couple of days before your items arrive to you. If you would like expedited shipping message me and we will work it out. As of this time I do not do shipping insurance or tracking but if you would like them please send me a message and I can invoice you the cost.

I also try to reuse envelopes or boxes which have been used before.

Please let me know how the shipping worked for you!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your item and would like a refund please message me within 7 days of receiving your items and we can discuss it. If it is damaged please take a photo and send it to me.

Shipping for returned items is paid for by the customer. I will refund the cost of the item.

If you would like to exchange an item for something else please ship the original back to me, in its original state, and I will send you the new item. The customer will pay any difference in price and shipping.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please contact me for custom orders. Prices will vary based on desired yarn and difficulty of the piece. I will do my best to create what you would like and get it to you in good time. Custom orders will most often take 7-14 days for purchasing of yarn and completion of knitting. Please message me.
