Shipping
I will ship your item ASAP and I will tell you when I do I will be using USPS. I will give you the estimated date and update you all the way through the process. I get first class mail but if you would like a tracking number I would love to get one for you alone with if you need the package faster I'd be happy too get priority or over night shipping at an additional fee. It does take me two weeks to create each item though I try and get it to you sooner just be aware and plan accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not give straight refunds though I will give you store credit if you ship back the item in the condition I sent it to you in. I will only accept refunds if the item does not fit because I messed up, if you measured something wrong and told me, I cannot take responsibility or there is a mistake ex, a big hole wrong fabric, etc. Return shipping is at the returners expense. Message me and I will try my best to resolve the issue.
Additional policies and FAQs
I love creating things and playing with old ideas and making them more interesting and inspiring. I have worked on several plays and done the costumes for them. I am currently at college and learning new ideas and ways of doing things every day. I love talking about sewing and all things fashion related so if you ever want to talk sewing I'd be happy to. I don't believe in patterns so every piece is unique and I only replicate items a total of ten times, so your item will always be unique.
