    Welcome to Lady Lionheart Tarot! I am an intiutive tarot reader who has been working with the cards for the past decade. I find tarot to be most effective when used as a technique for identifying what is currently happening in your life rather than to predict the future. It is a powerful method for identifying what is weighing on your mind, whether it's something you know but want confirmation of, something you haven't quite put your finger on, or something you've been avoiding thinking about that needs your attention. As your reader, I use my understanding of the cards to Clarify what is happening in your life and Empower you to take action on it, all with a little dash of excitement and Magic. Even the most bleak-seeming of readings has a silver lining, and I never leave my clients without informing them of options for improving their situation.

    Returns and exchanges
    I cannot provide refunds for a completed reading given the amount of work that goes into it. If a reading does not resonate or you are unsatisfied with its content, please contact me directly.
    Payment
    I must receive full payment before beginning your reading. I accept Etsy Direct payments and Paypal.
    Shipping
    All readings will be emailed to you within 2-5 days of receiving your payment. After your reading, you may contact me for a follow-up with any questions or clarification requests.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    I encourage all of my clients to send me personal feedback, both positive and negative. This is the best way to help me grow as a tarot reader and ensure that the readings I offer are as accurate and beneficial as possible. Etsy reviews are welcome, but if you have an issue with your reading I ask that you contact me directly to work it out first.

    I reserve the right to refuse to read on any topics that I cannot answer ethically or legally (details on health, death, finances, etc). If there is a problem with your question, I will contact you to see if we can reach an agreement on a different question. If no agreement can be reached, I will refund your money.

    Although tarot can be very therapeutic and I take great care with the readings I provide, they are still for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken in place of legal, psychological, medical, or financial advice. If you are experiencing serious problems, please seek the help of a professional. I am not responsible for any actions taken as the result of these readings. These readings are not for use by anyone other than the person purchasing them, and I will not read for anyone under 18 years of age.
