Thanks so much for checking out my shop! I'm always seeking to find super unique products that are both versatile and fun! The items from my shop come from all over the world, particularly China and the Phillipines. However, I do pick up some items right here in good old Canada. I am also a jewelry designer, so I sell what I like to use in my own designs. At Ladyluxe designs, I want you to really enjoy your shopping experience, which is why I'm a huge believer in quality customer service. I will, absolutely, go the extra mile in order to meet your needs and ensure your satisfaction.

The price you see is the price you pay for every product, in US dollars. I accept Paypal, but I am willing to discuss other payment options if you are not able to pay through Paypal. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order, as I do try to mail orders within 1-2 business days after the purchase is made.
All items are mailed through Canada Post and are shipped out within 1-2 business days after the purchase is made. Canadian residents should receive their packages within 1-7 business days after shipment. International Customers may wait 6-12 business days, with an extra waiting period due to customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, I would be happy to accept returns for a full refund within 7 business days. You, as the buyer, will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. However, should you decide to exchange the item, I will ship the replacement free of charge. If you receive any damaged items or your package is lost in the mail, I will be happy to either refund your item or resend the item, depending on stock and your preference.
