About LadyVirginiaVintage

Vintage is the Greenest Choice of All

I love this amazing world and I'd like to see it stick around. While I have great faith in earth's resilience, I still believe we're called to mindfully steward our bountiful natural inheritance.

Lady Virginia Vintage gets design and lifestyle inspiration from history, from its lessons and examples and from its vintage and antique goods. Beautiful, gracious living shouldn't mean freshly drawing from the earth when an abundance of useful, elegant, and charming goods are everywhere, just waiting for a second life with the right person.

I source these goods, research their history, and share them with you on my blog and in my shop listings. Together we live a beautiful, charmed, super green life that we can proudly pass on to the next generation!

Sustainability and a beautiful life go hand-in-hand, especially when we upcycle — there's nothing more green than curating, selling, buying, and upcycling with vintage and antiques! Visit my blog: ladyvirginiavintage.com. IG: @ladyvirginiavintage

Production partners

  • Anwyn Cook

    Staunton, VA

Anwyn Cook is my 25 year old daughter and she is apprenticing with my production partner Linda Hilton, who designed our modified Olsen Mask and owns the sewing room where production takes place. Anwy is also an AMAZING artist so hopefully we can add some of her watercolors into the shop.

  • Linda Hilton

    Staunton, VA

Linda has a Masters of Science in Clothing and Textiles from Radford University. She owns and operates The Alteration Shop in Staunton, Virginia where she is a master seamstress with over 30 years experience. She perfected the modifications to the pattern for my masks and manufactures them.

  • Travis Norton

    Staunton, VA

Travis executes sewing and upholstery services for me using high end contemporary designer fabrics and vintage fabrics.

The #1 way to be green is to re-use. That means if you #buyantiquesfirst #buyvintagefirst #buyusedfirst you'll honor history, be kind to the beautiful earth, keep stuff out of the landfill, find more unique items, live with a smaller footprint, and help keep the world in balance. And you can do all that while still living a beautiful, gracious, charming, happy life. That's what Lady Virginia Vintage is all about!
