My glass items are all handmade by me in my studio in Wisconsin. Photographs and photos on metal are printed by a professional photo lab using the highest quality materials after I design them and specify how they are to be printed.

My goal is to have happy buyers, if you have any problems with the item you purchase, please contact me as soon as possible.

Returns and exchanges
I have many years of experience packing and shipping glass, but accidents do happen. If a package appears damaged please keep all of the packaging until the problem is resolved. If you are unhappy with an item once you receive it, please contact me within 7 days for information on returning the item. Returned items must be in the same condition as received (if damaged in shipping, I will need you to return all packaging with the item).
Payment
Items are shipped within 1-5 business days of payment clearing, unless they are a custom order, or otherwise noted. Paypal, credit cards, Etsy Gift Cards, and personal checks are accepted. If paying by check, please be aware that your purchase will be held until the check clears, and this could amount to a substantial delay in shipping.
Shipping
Shipping is by USPS, either First Class Mail or Priority Mail, or UPS (dependent on size), unless buyer requests another method. All USPS packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. Higher priced and one-of-a-kind items may incur an additional insurance cost and this will be noted in the description. International orders may be subject to customs costs.

Please be aware that once your package is accepted by the shipping company I have no control over delivery. If you have specific delivery requirements please convo me to discuss options.
