Welcome to LadybugHMCreations.

We offer a wide range of invitations, birth announcements and party favor items.

In order to experience our quality, we recommend ordering a wedding invitation sample. Samples include an invitation, enclosures, printed envelopes, belly band and color chart.

A number of matching accessories are available for all wedding invitations so you can carry your stationery theme throughout your wedding. Some of the available matching accessories are ceremony programs, tri-fold programs, wedding menus, table numbers, place cards, escort cards, save the dates, thank you cards and more.

To order wedding invitations, purchase a deposit listing and send your wording, color, paper choice, and quantity via Etsy message. Your proofs will be sent via email within 2 business days.

Payment
{Custom Stationery Deposit}

A $100 deposit is required for custom stationery. This deposit is required for your first set of proofs and will apply to your order total. Once we have designed your proofs the deposit cannot be refunded.

{Proofing Process}

Your order includes 3 rounds of pdf proofs. The first round of proofs will be emailed to you after you have submitted your wording. You may request changes two additional times, resulting in two additional sets of proofs. Each set of proofs after the initial 3 sets will be $25.

Proofs of individual envelopes will be sent for orders that include guest addressing. Please make sure your spreadsheet has been finalized before submitting it. Guest address proofs that require more than 10 individual changes after the initial proof will be subject to a $25 design fee.

Full payment on your order is required before printing begins. The balance will be due after proof approval and before printing.

What's included in the proofing process?

• Personalization of your wording
• Color changes (to any color shown on our color chart)

What's NOT included in the proofing process?

• Font changes ($25 fee if font changes are allowed on the design)
• Major layout changes ($25 fee)
• Custom logos not already shown on the design or graphics changes ($25 fee)

{Font Changes}

Font changes are not included in the proofing process but can be accommodated on select designs for a $25 design fee. Some invitations, where the design is based around the font, cannot be changed. Please note: Not all fonts can be used on all designs due to size and space limitations

{Custom Colors}

You can personalize your wedding stationery to any of the colors shown on our color chart. Color changes are complimentary and included in the proofing process.

If you would like a color that is not on our color chart there is a $20 fee for custom color formulation. A chart with various custom color options can be printed and mailed to you for $30 plus $2 shipping.

{Envelope Printing}

• Please note that there is a .50 each fee for envelope printing. This fee includes a return address and addressee information.
• Please send a final list that is ready to be printed- verify the addresses before submitting them.
• Word or Excel in the following file formats: .doc, .txt, .csv, .xls. No files with Macros please
• Please place all international addresses at the beginning/end of main list.
• All addresses need to be set up according to postal regulations - I do not verify, correct, add titles or change addresses in anyway I only format them and print them per your specifications:

Please use the following format:
Name (max. 2 full names please)
guest (optional, max. 2 full names please)
street address
city, state, zip code
country name (optional)

In Word, please set it up in the above format, with two returns between separate addresses, one column per page. In Excel please set it up one line per column, one row per address. Please do not separate first/last names or city/state/zip address in separate columns. Please request a sample template if in doubt.
• I will send a pdf file with all the formatted addresses for your final approval and any last minute changes prior to printing.

{Concierge Services}

Short on time and can't make it to the post office? For a small fee and cost of postage we will take care of this for you. Just email us for details!

{Payment Options}
PayPal payments, Etsy Gift Cards and direct credit card payments are accepted.

"READY TO SHIP BY" date includes time needed by me to design and produce your item, plus couple days for you to approve and provide changes to layout. Any additional time needed for approval/editing process will be added by updating "ready to ship by" date, with up to 3 additional weeks. "Ready to ship by" date will also be updated to reflect a larger quantity purchased.

Shipping
{Shipping}
• shipping is to address provided on Etsy/PayPal checkout ONLY.
all orders valued at $225 or more will ship with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION only
• please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place your order
• tracking info will be sent when item is marked shipped
• shipping is according to turnaround time posted in the description

{Domestic Shipping}
• USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail for all orders except over sized items (2-3 business days expected but not guaranteed delivery time)
• USPS Parcel Select for all presentation boxes and mailing tubes of 25 or more quantity (2-8 b. days expected delivery time)
• USPS Express Mail by custom listing only (1-2 business days guaranteed delivery time)

{International Shipping}
• individual items, save the dates, addressed envelopes, thank you cards, tags, invitations and flat invitations ship USPS First Class Mail international with certificate of mailing or electronic delivery confirmation (no tracking) and will take 1-10 weeks . This is beyond our control so please plan accordingly. If you need your items in hand faster, please request a custom listing before purchasing for Priority Mail upgrade (starting at $25, 6-10 business days) - please specify your destination and quantity needed.
• boxed invitations, also scroll invitations ship by custom listing only - please contact me with quantity needed, your time frame and your shipping destination for a shipping estimate
• USPS international Express Mail (3-5 business days) also available by custom listing and starts at $39
• I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal service
• all items shipped internationally will be marked "merchandise" with full value

Customer is responsible for all customs and brokerage fees upon arrival, in accordance with destination country's tax and customs laws. Please check www.dutycalculator.com for expected customs fees. Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with the items you purchase from my shop. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your order.

• Your custom designed item is non-returnable, and non-refundable.
Orders must be canceled before layout for custom order is received for full refund.

• Shipping and assembly fees are not refundable and will be deducted from any refunds given.

• Printing process starts shortly after you approve the layout - no changes are possible once printing has started.

• Your order will be printed as it is shown on the final layout approved by you. I am not responsible for wording, color or font choices not communicated to me. I am also not responsible for omissions or typographical errors in wording provided by customer and approved in final layout. Please check and double check the wording carefully, and make sure you included all information, the what-when-where-why of your event. I do not provide proofing, typing or editing for any wording, I only format it to fit in the layout.

• I will rush reprint an item free of charge if the mistake is mine.

{Communication}

• Etsy conversation can be sent ONLY directly from Etsy - if you do not see a copy in your list of Etsy conversations, it was not sent to me. Replies sent as e-mail for a notification you get in your e-mail Inbox will go to "noreply@mail.etsy.com" and will NOT be received by me.

{Business Hours}
• regular business hours are 9-6 PM MST, I am closed during weekends and holidays as this is family time. Please be respectful of this. Thank you!

{Minimum Orders}
A minimum order of 25 invitations is required, unless otherwise noted or arranged in advance.

{Turnaround Times}
• as posted in description of all individual listings
• I do not provide a layout before an order is placed
• production will start once your approval is received. If you do not receive acknowledgment within 1-2 business days, please make sure your approval was sent.

{Rush Orders}
• please inquire before finalizing your purchase
• most items are available with a rush production time
• once a regular order is placed upgrades to rush production and/or shipping may not be possible please inquire BEFORE purchasing.
