I accept PAYPAL and DIRECT CHECKOUT option via Etsy. I will ship small items internationally (contact me for shipping cost).
I refund shipping overcharges when exceed $1.00. Happy to combine shipments to help save you money (and will refund when overage exceeds $1.00).
I usually ship within 1-2 business days or as indicated on listing.
I usually ship USPS priority mail which includes delivery confirmation. You should have item within 2-5 business days depending upon your location. Insurance is included up to $50.00 when shipped this method.
EXCEPTIONS: LARGE BOXES THAT EXCEED THE PRIORITY MAIL GUIDELINES WILL BE SENT PARCEL SELECT WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
I may use FEDEX ground for shipping larger boxes if more cost effective. Delivery confirmation will be provided. Insurance is included up to $100.00.
I will add additional insurance to items that exceed the covered amount if fragile. All items shipped by me will have tracking/delivery confirmation included.
I will refund any shipping cost overcharges when exceed $1.00 the same day as shipping via the payment method used at time of purchase.
I SHIP TO THE ADDRESS YOU HAVE LISTED ON ETSY INVOICE. I am not responsible for shipment to an old address or incorrect address provided in error by the buyer. Shipping labels are automatically printed using address provided to Etsy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase... please convo me. I will accept returns up to 5 business days after item arrives to you.
If item is damaged in transit, please send me detailed photos of the item. If necessary, please ship the item back to me for a complete refund (please include tracking).
As soon as the items arrive, I will issue a refund via Etsy or Paypal.
All communication regarding problems must be via Etsy not personal email.
