I am an honest seller and I do my best to list all my items with plenty of detail.
I ask that if you make a purchase from me that you kindly pay me promptly and respond to my emails. I value communication. I will ship the item out after receiving payment in my account from Etsy. Due to Etsy's new payment structure, it takes me longer now to get paid and therefore I don't ship out the item until I get paid. Most items will ship out 1 to 2 weeks after the order has been processed. I mail out the item securely and with delivery confirmation and insurance. For vintage and original art, I am now shipping art which is over $100 via Fed Ex or UPS with mandatory insurance, signature confirmation and a handling and materials fee. I will issue a partial shipping refund if I have overcharged ( after all these fees have been deducted).
I don't normally accept returns but if the item is vastly different than my description, please contact me. I want my customers to be happy and I want to be happy .
