How do I access my template?
Within minutes after payment is complete you will receive an e-mail from Jettemplate with the link to your template or you can go to www.jettemplate.com and sign in by entering your order info.
Does LaLaLlama offer only digital files?
Yes, we offer only digital files - some of them are editable, some - not editable. You get instant access to your files, so you can customize, download and print as many as you wish!
How do I edit my template?
It is easy-peasy! You will edit your template with JetTemplate - online user-friendly editing tool. No software or fonts installation is needed! Edit straight in your browser in computer or tablet for all the functions, or edit on your phone for quick text editing.
What exactly can be edited?
Most part of editable templates is 100% editable =) You can customize text, its size and colours, move, add or remove text fields, even change fonts, resize cliparts, remove them and - of course - put the picture of your beloved one(s) when needed
For how long can I access my template?
Access to your template is limited with 1 year and 10 downloads, so you can find the best text sizing etc. Should you need longer access, please DM - I will make it longer for you, no problem. But please kindly noted, no not-appropriate use of the templates (like commercial use or reselling of it) is allowed.
What format can I download my template?
Feel free to download it in PDF, JPEG or PNG.
For money-saving at home printing it is better to download as PDF, most photo labs accept jpeg. We advice to check by your copy-print service which format is preferable for them.
Where Do I Print My Cards?
For money-saving printing you can print the cards at home printer.
But for really amazing results we recommend to print your cards at professional photo/print/copy center such a Costco, FedEx, Office Depot, Staples etc. or your local print shop.
We recommend you to use thick or ultra-thick paper or cardstock with a matte finish to get modern look and to emphasize the illustrations. The better quality paper you use, the more beautiful print you get.
