I ordered this dress from Kat and Lana with custom measurements, and a floor-length skirt. I love it so much! It is the most comfortable and well-fitting dress I have ever worn. I am so glad I went with them for my wedding dress! I went to a professional tailor near me to have my measurements taken, and they made it exactly to size! I seriously couldn't have asked for anything more. I can't wait to upload a photo from the wedding day!

Our standard turnaround is currently 4-5 weeks from the time you place your order and submit all necessary information, like your measurements for custom orders.
Occasionally, we are able to accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. If you need your dress to be made and shipped to you in under 3 weeks, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.
If you are ordering a standard size dress from us, please expect to have alterations done. We recommend choosing a reputable seamstress. Alternatively, you can submit your measurements to us and we will create a custom dress just for you that will minimize the need for additional alterations. There is a $50 fee for custom sizes.
Colors and Swatches
If you are looking for specific colors or fabric quality, please contact us and we will mail you fabric swatches. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your swatches to arrive.
Currently we use USPS Priority or FedEx to ship all of our orders domestically and Internationally. Signature confirmation is required, so make sure there is someone available to accept the package.
All our dresses are carefully packed with layers of tissue paper to minimize wrinkling and put in a plastic garment bag to protect them from moisture during transport.
We will accept order cancellations up to 48 hours after you initially placed your order. We are unable to accept cancellations on Rush Orders, since these go into production as soon as they are received. If you must cancel your order after 48 hours of placing it, you might be subject to a 50% fee.
