Small Town Shop with Small Town Quality. Disabled Veteran Owned and Operated.

Located in Central Pennsylvania, we are a disabled veteran/family owned and operated business. We love working together as a family on various projects and producing quality products for our customers.
I work full-time as a local technology teacher and my wife is a work-from-home mom to our blended family. Our kids keep us busy with a full schedule of extra-curricular activities, but we love to be able to work together in the shop and have found this business to be something to bring us all together.

What is your refund policy?

Our personalized and custom orders are non-refundable. Due to the customized nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is an error on our part, we will gladly send a replacement that correctly reflects your order. Refunds will be given due to broken or defective items. We do not refund shipping. Refunds that have gone through the creative process may be subject to a 20% fee due to time spent creating the custom design.

What if my item is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for theft situations. The majority of our listings include tracking and if an order is marked delivered to the address provided, we are not going to remake the order or refund. We suggest you contact your local post office or police enforcement.

I sent you a change and I didn't get it.

Please, CHECK YOUR ORDER carefully. We are not responsible for any errors (spelling, wrong information, shipping address, etc) once your order has been placed. We receive dozens of messages daily and once your order has been placed, it is printed and your product pulled from our shelf to be created. Also, please remember that your order may be started as soon as the next day. Changes to orders after submitting are not guaranteed, although we do try to be accommodating.
