1 out of 5 starsI ordered a 11x14 print and received a picture printed on photo paper the same size as a regular piece of paper. I paid extra for the bigger print and didn't get it. It literally is no different than if I were to print it myself on my home computer.

Buyer did not attempt to contact me before leaving a negative review. I made a shipping error, accidentally sending the wrong size print (first time since 2007). I apologized for sending the wrong size to her and issued her a full refund. As for photo paper, all specifications were clearly stated on the item description including photo paper thickness and lightfast inks. If the buyer would have made any attempt to contact me before leaving a poor review, I would have been happy to send her the correct size or issue full refund.
