LaneLove Design is a custom design company specializing in Wedding Stationery, event signs, and paper goods. Owner, Katie Lane, opened up shop back in 2012, starting out with just a few designs and eventually evolving into a fully custom design shop.

Returns and exchanges
GENERAL:
- Refunds in general are given on a case by case basis.
- All customized items are not refundable unless there is an error with the order on our part.
- We are not responsible for prolonged ship times when items are shipped via USPS. If you receive a custom item too late for your event, we will not issue a refund for the order. Please see shipping section above for more details and options.
- Buyer pays shipping for any returned packaged for redelivery due to incorrect address or other reasons USPS may return a package.
- Your satisfaction is most important to us. Please contact us any time for any reason about your order. We will always communicate well to help with any concerns you may have.

DIGITAL FILE ORDERS:
Due to the nature of these items, refunds cannot be issued once the first proof is sent.

If you make a purchase of a customized item, and I do not hear back from you within 10 days after I have sent you a proof, I will go ahead and mark your item as "shipped" and e-mail the final version to you in a standard format. At this time if you would like to make any changes, it will be an additional charge. I do not offer refunds after I have sent final designs to your e-mail, however, in certain cases I will offer a shop credit towards another digital item.

If you make a purchase of a customized item, and do not provide your custom info or I do not hear back from you, after 10 Business days your order will be cancelled and I will refund your purchase amount.

We guarantee the resolution quality of our digital Items only, they will print as they are seen during the proofing process. If you are unhappy about the printing itself of the item- it is out of our control and should be settled with your printer directly.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
I will not issue a refund once the final design has been sent to you via email. If you are unsatisfied during the proofing process of your custom item, we will offer a shop credit or a refund on case by case basis.

PRINTING ORDERS:
Due to the nature of customized paper products, we will not issue refunds for any misspellings, or info that you left out. I give ample time during the proofing process for you to make sure things are perfect before print!
Refunds are not given on these items unless there was error on our part.

If you are dis-satisfied with the quality of printing, I will issue refunds on a case by case basis. However, I will not be able to refund the shipping charges.

NON CUSTOMIZED ITEMS:
All non custom items can be returned within 7 business days of delivery. Refund will not be given until item is returned in it's original condition. If item arrives damaged, a photo of the packaging and damaged item are required.
Payment
I accept all major Credit cards and PayPal as Payment. Nothing will be finalized until payment is received and complete.

Please note all Texas residents will be charged Sales Tax of 8.25%
Shipping
I ship 2 days a week. Monday/Tuesday and Thursday.
-All packages are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
-Larger domestic orders totaling $50 or more are automatically upgraded to Priority Shipping.
-International orders will ship First Class for all orders and can take 2 to 8 weeks depending on location.
-Most orders take 3-4 business days to ship after final proof approval depending on item and quantity.
-If you are ordering time sensitive items, please send me a friendly message before ordering to make sure I can have your package shipped in time.
- We are not responsible for prolonged ship times when items are shipped via USPS. If you receive a custom item too late for your event, we will not issue a refund for the order.
- Buyer pays shipping for any returned packaged for redelivery due to incorrect address or other reasons USPS may return a package.

USPS First Class Shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 8 business days (estimated time - not guaranteed).
USPS Priority Shipping can take 1-3 business days (estimated time - not guaranteed).
UPS guaranteed delivery will be delivered on the day agreed upon between shop owner and customer.
International Orders can take 2-8 weeks to receive. (estimated time - not guaranteed).

***Shipping times are NOT guaranteed unless you request for your items to be shipped via UPS guaranteed delivery for an additional charge.

All orders will be shipped with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE READ:
Please be aware your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes. Please also be aware that as the seller we do not pay for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country.
The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.
Additional policies and FAQs
FOR DIGITAL ITEMS: Once I send you the final file to your email, I can not make changes to your item with out an additional charge. I give ample opportunity to make changes during the proof process. It takes time to produce the item and print ready version, therefore I can not continue to go back and change things for everyone once I send the final versions. If you still need a change, it will be an additional charge.
