Will you sign the print / painting?

Yes, I will sign your items if you request so. Please add a note to your order whether you want me to sign on the front or the back.

How are poster prints shipped?

A4 posters are shipped in a sturdy envelope which also means that it's really cheap.

If your order includes at least one A3 sized poster I roll them up into a box with an extra foil for protection. The prints are not folded! Unfortunately that means shipping A3 posters is a little more expensive. The upside is that any extra poster, no matter if it's A4 or A3, won't increase the shipping costs! Have a look around the store, I'm sure you can find another print for you or a friend to add to your order ;)

If you buy an Artbook and A4 sized posters, they all come in one envelope. If you buy an Artbook and A3 sized posters, they will be shipped individually! This will be reflected in the shipping costs.

Do you offer commissions?

No, due to time constraints I cannot accept commissions at the moment.

At some point in the package's journey it will probably say something like "The item was scanned in the country of destination [...] Further tracking information is also provided by the website of the country of destination."

Click the link "Tracking website of the country of destination" on the right of that message which takes you to the parcel service that takes care of your shipment in your country and enter the same code again. For example, In the USA it's probably USPS who will handle your package.

What do I do if shipping takes a long time?

Please check the tracking using the tracking code provided (see above for more details). As the sender I unfortunately don't have any more detailed info than that as well.

Sometimes the package couldn't be delivered because nobody was home, the address is incorrect, it's stuck at your country's customs or the local parcel service made a mistake. It's not unlikely your package is available for pick-up at a local post office, especially if tracking says that the package is already in your country.

If there is no delivery after a really long time, please contact me and we'll find a solution :)
