Buyer will pay for shipping costs to return item. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Item must be received in excellent condition. Refund provided following return of item to my shop. Please ask any questions you may have.

Shipping
Every effort is made to ship promptly, within 1-3 days of purchase. I most often mail orders within 24 hours of purchase. If there is any delay (for example, bad weather) buyer will be notified immediately by email address.

I ship USPS carrier within the USA and internationally.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping costs vary depending on country destination. I will contact you immediately if fee is greater than estimated and happily refund any overages above one dollar.

Delivery Confirmation and Tracking Information are provided in all countries where it is available. International shipping may take as long as fourteen days or more. Please understand that once shipped, as indicated by a Etsy confirmed shipping date, I cannot be held responsible for a package that does not arrive to its destination.
