All of my items are hand made and made to order. Made to order means I have the supplies on hand to make the items I have listed, most of the time more than one. So if you need a larger quantity, send me a convo❣
I am always up for custom orders if I'm able to make them, just ask. I tend to come up with new ideas quite often, so check back at my shop periodically and I bet you'll find something new.

I accept Paypal, direct checkout with major credit cards and Etsy gift cards.
**If there is a sale/contest going on in my shop, payment for a purchase must be made during the sale/contest in order for you to receive the discounts. Payments made after the promotion has ended with be subject to full cost of the items purchased. Only one discount may be used per purchase per purchase.**
**Order Completion: Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be made and shipped out. Processing time DOES NOT include post office transit times. Business days are MON-FRI and DO NOT include SAT, SUN or HOLIDAYS (Which will be announced)
❤My items are suitably packaged for gift giving. Think of them as being pre-wrapped at no additional cost to you❣
★Shipping within the US:
It is my policy to ship within 5-7 business days of receiving your payment. If for some reason I am unable to ship within this time frame, I will do my best to contact you to let you know.
I ship using PayPal shipping so all USPS postage comes with Delivery Confirmation (Tracking number) on your parcel.
✪Because I use PayPal Shipping, if you pay for your order using PayPal your package will be shipped to the address on file with PayPal, please make sure I have the correct address if it is different than the one on file with PayPal. If you pay using direct check-out through Etsy, it will be shipped to the address you have listed at the time of your order.
✪Note: Once a package is accepted at my local Post Office, it is then out of my hands and totally up to the United States Postal Service to make sure your package arrives safely. I do not offer refunds or replacements for any items that show they were delivered via parcel tracking to the address you have listed at the time of your order. If you are concerned about the safety of the arrival of your order, you may purchase insurance on your package for an addtional fee. Please send me a message for information.
All international packages will be shipped using First Class USPS International shipping. My international shipping day is Saturday.
Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations and is your responsibility. I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
Please allow up to 3 weeks (Sometimes longer, depending on the country) for receipt of your package. As much as I'd like to, I have no control over the post office, I am not responsible for delays or lost packages. I am not able to purchase tracking information for First class international mail, if you are worried about delivery, please contact me for other international postage options.
Refunds and Exchanges
♥ My number one goal is to make you as happy as possible with your purchase. If a piece of jewelry you have purchased from me should happen to break (which is very unlikely), please contact me so we can work out a fix or replacement. I will not refund items in which you are having buyer's remorse about.
♥If you need to exchange an item, please contact me within 5 days of receiving it. After 5 days of receipt, the item will not be accepted for an exchange. The item needs to be returned to me undamaged. I will send you an invoice upon receipt of the item for return postage costs.
♥By purchasing an item from my shop, you are agreeing that you have fully read the listing and understand the description of the item you are buying (i.e. size, color, or style). If you do not understand something in the listing or have a question, please convo me before purchasing the item. My refund policy does not include refunds for items in which you misread or misunderstood the description of said item.
♥ I will leave feedback for you once your item has shipped. I leave feedback based on your performance as a buyer, not based on the feedback you leave me.
♥ However, please contact me before leaving negative feedback if you are unhappy with a purchase, so that we can work out whatever problem you have.
♥Please remember, handmade items will vary from item to item. This makes them unique and special. My items are not mass produced, so not all items will look exactly like the listing pictures but will be as close as possible :o)
Additional Policies and FAQs
★If you have been looking for that special something and can't seem to find it, send me a message! You never know if you might get lucky and if I have it, or can make it!
★If there is a sale going on in my shop, the discount may not be combined with any other promotion or discount (i.e. coupon code or Facebook discount). However, you will always receive the higher discount between the two.
★Please do not purchase any of my items with the intention of reselling them (This is Etsy's rule too). My jewelry and especially charms are for your personal use only ツ
I have the right to refuse service to any person, for any reason, if I feel it is necessary. This will always be my last resort, and only if I feel there is no other remedy to a situation.
By purchasing any of my items you are agreeing to my shop polices.
