Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Shipments are made ​​by USPS, Monday-Friday. All orders will be shipped within 7 business days of receiving payment.

If you're a shopper from outside of the United States interested in my wares, convo me with your country and I'll give you a quote for shipping. Be aware that you will be responsible for an additional customs duty or import taxes. I am not willing to put any false information on customs forms.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am happy to process returns. If your purchase was somehow misrepresented in my shop, please notify me within 48 hours of receiving the product. I apologize, but shipping costs are not refundable. Once I receive your return, I will process your refund minus the cost of shipping. Product should be in the same condition as when it was shipped out to receive a refund. I will not allow returns based on bad fit unless the measurements I listed were incorrect. Please ask me if there are any additional measurements you require BEFORE purchasing any product.

If an item is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately so we can work something out.
