The "snowball" feature appeared to work at first for the first to second payoff, then it only carried over an extra $50.00 payment after that instead of carrying over the entire payment of the previous debt.

How long until my order is shipped?
IF YOU ORDERED A PHYSICAL ITEM:
Our current creation time is 3-5 business days PLUS the shipping time.
Shipping time is typically 2-6 business days (plus the creation time).
IF YOU ORDERED A DIGITAL ITEM:
Your order should be accessible immediately upon purchase.
You can access your order in your Etsy menu, but please message me if you need any help.
IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT CANCEL OR REFUND ORDERS BECAUSE OF SHIPPING DELAYS, AS THE POSTAL TIMES ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL. TY! :)
Can I return my personalized order?
In general, personalized orders cannot be returned as they cannot be resold. In circumstances of seller error or defective item please message to set up an exchange or resolve the issue promptly.
Can I get a return for my digital download purchase?
Unfortunately, because of the nature of digital downloads, we do not accept any returns on digital items.
