Will I receive a physical product after my purchase?
These are all digital downloads which you will receive through Etsy. If you have any problem with the downloads, don't hesitate to contact me!
Why don't you offer returns?
Since my products are digital downloads, there is no way for you
to return them to me. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, just send a me convo and we can work it out!
What are your customer service hours?
I am available to help and answer questions from Monday to Saturday, 9 am — 10 pm. I do my best to reply as soon as I can.
