Returns and exchanges
In general, if a situation arises where a refund deems necessary just send us a message and a picture of the item in question for verification. We will discuss options of refund or correcting the mistake. Unless, otherwise requested, we would want the item(s) to be mailed back; then upon receiving the item the refund of the cost of the item would be issued (we will not refund shipping costs).
For most -in stock- items (pins, magnets, stickers, patches, etc), they are usually mailed the following business day. Typically it is a 1-2 business day turnaround time.
We are local, with a UK address, so items will be shipped usually using First Class Royal Mail. NO tracking provided. Second class may be used for larger or heavier items.
We are able to ship using regular, domestic USA pricing; BUT because of our location, items will take longer to arrive.
--> First Class Letter (stickers, magnets, etc) can take at least 7-15 business days to arrive. NO tracking number is provided. There may be a customs form number used for shipping verification.
--> First Class Packages (pins, non-flat items, etc) can take at least 7-15 business days to arrive. Tracking number is usually provided.
--> Priority Packages can take at least 7-9 days to arrive. Tracking number is provided.
'Everywhere Else' Customers:
We ship from a UK address so typical international delivery times apply. Tracking numbers may or may not be provided.

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM: If for some reason, you were sent the WRONG ITEM, just send a message with a picture of the wrong item for verification and we will agree to send the correct item. Unless, otherwise requested, we would want the item to be mailed back; then upon receiving the wrong item, we will quickly mail out the correct item.
