This is very pretty and well-made. I was so happy when it arrived as I had planned it for a gift if it lived up to the site pictures . It did! My friend was thrilled with the necklace. Thanks so much.

ANNOUNCEMENT: the last day to place an order and guarantee it's arrival before Mother's Day (May 8th 2016) will be Tuesday, April 26. All orders placed in between April 26 and May 8, 2016 will ship the week of May 9th.

Payment in full is due at time of purchase.
Items ship within 2-10 business days from purchase. Each item is made by hand and to order, and are processed in the order in which they are received.
Due to the nature of vintage materials, very slight variances in color or marks of age may be present in your jewelry. Please expect the color and tone of your piece to vary slightly from the items depicted in photographs.

All domestic orders are shipped first class via USPS with delivery confirmation. International orders are shipped USPS first class. For shipping upgrades please contact via conversation or email prior to purchase and wait for confirmation of a revised invoice/reserved listing.

Attention International Customers: Although your order will be shipped in a timely manner, and USPS estimates international delivery to take in between 6 and 10 business days, we can not guarantee how long it will actually take for your item to arrive due to customs. Customs can be unpredictable and may hold on to a package for as long as eight weeks. For delays this long in shipping, please contact your local customs office. International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees.

We do not refund for lost or stolen packages nor are we responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address. Please double check that the address used on your paypal or etsy is in fact the address you would like your jewelry shipped to!
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted until 5 days after item is received. Returns and refunds are not accepted, exchange only.
Custom/altered/personalized items are non returnable/eligible for exchange.
In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item.
Item must be sent back with it's original packaging and with receipt of purchase.
Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned to sender.

We do not refund for lost or stolen packages nor are we responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address. We will not refund or accept returns for items that did not arrive by a specific or requested delivery date due to delays or complications caused by USPS or UPS.
