Can you guarantee a delivery date?
Unfortunately, once the product has left Laurel Hill Designs we have no control over the shipping. Delays in shipping to occur from time to time. Please check your tracking number for more information.
We highly recommend purchasing the upgraded shipping that includes a tracking number. If you selected Economy Shipping at checkout please note that it could take 2 weeks to receive your order. If after 2 weeks you have not received your order please message us.
Sizing details
Sizing for all decals and stickers are indicated by the longest dimension, length or width. Should you have a question about a specific decal please message for details..
Wholesale availability
Should you require more than ten of one decal or sticker sheet please contact Laurel Hill Designs for possible bulk discounts.
I put the wrong address for shipping. What do I do now?
Laurel Hill Designs is not responsible for incorrect addresses on orders. Should you type the wrong address and message prior or shipping we will make every effort to correct the error. However, once the item is shipped it is fully out of LHD's control.
If the item has been shipped and we cannot change the address, it is highly recommend reaching out to your local USPS branch for solutions should this arise. Once the order is picked up by our mail carrier here in RI we no longer have access to making changes.
From time to time addresses are missing apartment numbers or an incorrect street number and returned to LHD simply pay for the shipping to reship and it will be resent with the new address.
My package says delivered but I didn't get it. What do I do now?
Unfortunately, once a package leaves Laurel Hill Designs we have very little say over the product's location, time in shipping, and delivery. Though frustrating for everyone there are a few steps to locate your lost/missing package, according to the USPS.
Please check out the USPS website (https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Where-is-my-package) where the have multiple possibilities and solutions to this issue.
My item is damaged. What now?
Excellent question! We understand items get damaged in shipping and would need to be notified within 48 hours after delivery for the notification. Snap a photo of the damaged product and we can remake it for you.
I no longer want my order- Can I cancel or refuse it?
All items are considered Made to Order and will not receive reimbursement or cancellation without prior authorization from Laurel Hill Designs. For cancelations please message ASAP and we will do our best to cancel the order.
If the item is being processed, however, it cannot be canceled. Should you refuse your order you may choose to pay shipping to reship the item back to you, but it will not be cancelled.
