In 2010 I opened my first shop :) with a lot of love and passion I make my handicrafts from fabric, wool, paper or what I find so :) sometimes just wood from the garden... I really enjoy taking pictures... the pictures are then available in the shop, on facebook and Instagram ♥

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Cancellation or return policy
You can revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in text form (e.B. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form. To comply with the revocation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation or the item is sufficient. The revocation must be sent to:

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned and, if applicable, any benefits derived (e.B. interest) shall be surrendered. If you are unable to return the receiving service to us in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to pay us compensation for the value. This does not apply to the transfer of goods if the deterioration of the item is exclusively due to its inspection - as it would have been possible for you in a shop, for example. In all other respects, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item as your property and refraining from anything that impairs its value. Items that can be sent by parcel are to be returned at your expense and risk. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation or the item, for us with their receipt.

Payment of the ordered goods must be made in advance in the form of a bank transfer. 
Immediately after receiving your order, we will send you our account data. 
Shipment will take place immediately after the total amount has been received on our account.

What information I collect

In order for me to process your order, you must provide me with certain information (for which you have authorized Etsy to provide it to me).
