I am happy to reserve an item for up to 7 days, however, this must be agreed upon before the purchase is made.
Listed shipping prices are now calculated to your shipping address! (Yeah!)

I ship within 1-2 business days to the address in your checkout screen. Buyer is responsible for providing a correct and current shipping address. Prices quoted are for cheapest USPS shipping rates.

Tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance are included with each package. I sometimes upgrade, at my discretion, to Priority Mail when possible.

Rest assured your items are packed with care, and will arrive safely. I wrap each fragile item in multiple layers of bubble wrap with packing peanuts. They have plenty of packaging material! I ship within 1-2 working days excluding weekends or holidays.

If an insured item arrives damaged, Buyer is responsible for retaining the packaging, the damaged item and taking photos for insurance purposes. No refunds for damaged items will be made to the Buyer until the Buyer completes his/her part of the obligation in assisting to file the insurance claim. I will help you file the claim or will file it for you.

I try to use recycled packaging whenever possible, and encourage my buyers to re-use or recycle their packaging.

International customers: I would love to ship to you but the US Post Office has raised the rates so high that this is no longer an option. So sorry!
Refunds and Exchanges
My vintage treasures are lovely, time-worn finds perfect for cottage style decorating. I believe slight imperfections provide considerable charm and character to each piece to create a warm and cozy feel. I strive to accurately describe each item and point out any major flaws, but please understand that you are not purchasing a brand-new item.

All of my shops items are offered "as is" and all sales are final and non-refundable. I package your items carefully for shipping, but cannot control what happens once the package leaves my hands. For that reason insurance is automatically included with each shipped package.

Non-Smoking Home

I have a Non Smoking home and it is pet friendly. Items are stored away from pets but my items do come from various sources - estate sales, garage & yard sales, flea markets, etc. I try to never buy smelly things but I cannot guarantee their previous homes were non smoking or pet friendly. Any questions? Please ask!

If your item arrives damaged

If you receive your item and it has been damaged during shipping, please take photographs of any damage to box, the item and all the packing material. This is the best way to prove damage through an insurance claim.
