Kitty: I'm a lawyer and professional photographer. I originally started the shop in law school, but Kevin took it over shortly after!

Kevin: I graduated with a degree in Graphic Design and use my creative education to make prints, invites, shirts, logos...anything!

Most of our items are delivered digitally through Etsy Instant Download or through email if your item is custom. Please see policies on digital items for more information.

If you ordered an item that will be shipped. I will always do my best to ship within 1-3 days of your order, and typically will use USPS. If item is expected in less than 2 weeks, please convo first. Occasionally I am out of town or have a busy school/work life.

I do not guarantee delivery under 2 weeks in the U.S. Usually the post office will deliver within a matter of days, but on rare occasions, they take longer. Tracking numbers policies are included on the individual listings. If you decide not to purchase a tracking number, the loss of an item by the post office will be your burden.

For international shipping, it could take anywhere from 5 days to 4 weeks. Please plan ahead. Depending on where the package is going, I've had the post office take 2 months. Unfortunately it is rarely on the US side of mailing, but on the country that it was sent to. I will always do my best to track down your address.

Before contacting me regarding a lost item...CHECK THE ADDRESS YOU GAVE ME. 99.9999% of any misplaced items are due to an incorrect/old address. In that case, it is out of my hands. I will contact you if an item is returned to me, but your best option is to contact the address that was given to me in order to have it forwarded.

In addition, I do try my best to keep records of packages for 1 month, however, I do have a lot of inventory being shipped every month so it is not guaranteed. If you have not contacted me for over a month, and I have no notice that your package did not arrive, I do discard any tracking information I may have had on your package.
Refunds and Exchanges
***For Digital Files***

We send all files to you to review, so please review them carefully don't just glance over! We copy and paste your wording into the file, so check your spelling carefully!

You are responsible for checking all:
- The spelling and grammar of all text
- The spelling and capitalization of all names
- The design/layout

We suggest you print a test file soon after purchasing. Have friends review for any mistakes as well! Again, please do not rely on colors on your computer (or a smartphone! iPhones are known for altering PDF colors!) Take your proofing really seriously please.

It is basically impossible for us to know how things will look when printed by the printer you intend to use, so it is your responsibility to do a color check and let us know if the coloring needs to be altered.

In addition, we will work with you on bleeds and sizing to the best of our ability. If you are having problems with uploading to a printing site, printing the wrong size at home etc. You must contact the printing company or read your printer manual. Every printer is different, and our items are designed to the exact sizes you request. If it is printing a different size, you need to work with your printer, as we cannot assist in this process.

We cannot give refunds on digital items. There is no way for us to "take back" a digital item sent via email or by instant download.

****For Items Sent Via Mail****

If for some reason your item is damaged along the way, please take a photo and contact me. However, I do hope this never happens! I will be happy to work with you to remedy the problem. Please keep in mind shipping will not be refunded.

For personalized items-I'm sorry I cannot accept returns. However, if there was something I did incorrectly, simply contact me and I will rectify the problem!

I love communication, so don't hesitate to ask questions first!
Additional policies and FAQs
For any custom graphic design listings, we will always work with you to obtain your 100% satisfaction for the item you ordered! However, all requested changes on files need to be made within 1 month of ordering. After 1 month, we will delete all custom files. If you need a change after that period of time, there will be an additional fee to recreate the file. Please be understanding about this, as we simply do not have the storage room on our computers.

If for some reason there is a problem, CONTACT ME FIRST before leaving any poor feedback. I will always try to remedy the situation. Etsy does ask that customers communicate with their shops before giving poor feedback. I take pride in my feedback, and will always contact a customer directly if they leave bad feedback to see what the problem was and what I can do to fix it.
