My Return Policy:

EU Buyers - You have 14 days from the time you receive your item to let me know of any defects I do not give refunds or cash back for buyers remorse so please make sure you want the item before ordering as ALL of my items are pretty much made to order.

The following items CANNOT be returned under the 14 day window:
* Custom or Personalized items (ie: anything engraved or Hand stamped)
* Intimate items (ie: earrings, clothing, Lipstick, or anything worn)
* Anything Custom Designed specifically for you.
* Close out or Discontinued items that Specifically state so in the listing at time of purchase.

USA Buyers - It is just as important to me that you are happy with your product, as it is important to you. If you are not completely satisfied with your product because it has defects I will exchange/ Replace your item(s) within 24 hours of you receiving the original package. I do not offer refunds for buyers remorse, please make sure you want the item and that sizes etc are correct before ordering.

EVERYONE -
I am willing to answer any questions you may have through etsy convo prior to purchasing. Please do not hesitate to ask questions, I would rather answer 50 million questions prior to you ordering than you order and be un-happy with the results. I am straight forward about what you see is what you get and will send images of YOUR item/s prior to them packaging for Shipping. I try to be as informative about my products as possible in the listings and description of materials used. So again, if you have any questions Please do not hesitate to contact me prior to your purchase.

Any returned items for any reason must be initiated by the original etsy buyer/username.

***Items MUST be returned in original condition (unworn and unaltered) With original packing and packing slip. Custom designed merchandise ie: Handstamped Rings, Name Rings, special ordered Ring Sets (sets designed just for you) Close out or Discontinued items and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged. These are ALL SALES FINAL.

*Exchanges and Money back are NOT accepted at All on Customized Items. These are pretty much "All sales final" I'm sorry. HOWEVER, if it is one of these Customized items and it is MY FAULT i will remake and ship at MY COST NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

EXAMPLE OF NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
* Anything hand stamped - These are made when you order them altering the band rendering it unable to be resold.
* Anything Engraved on - For the same reason of them being altered from their original resell-able state.
* Anything Custom Designed just for you. Due to the customization and time spent designing it, these are all sales final.
* Intimate items (ie: earrings, clothing, Lipstick, or anything worn)
* Colored and Plated rings. Please see paragraphs below.
* Close Out or Discontinued items SPECIFICALLY stated in the listing.

VERY IMPORTANT!!!:

CUSTOMERS PLEASE, YOU MUST KNOW IN ADVANCE IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO SPECIFIC METALS. I USE STAINLESS STEEL, 316L STAINLESS STEEL,PLATED STAINLESS STEEL (WHICH USES THE PROCESS OF PVD COATING and IP Plating) AND SOMETIMES STERLING SILVER (WHICH NOT ALWAYS BUT DOES SOMETIMES CONTAIN NICKEL AND COPPER with a Rhodium plating). I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ALLERGIC REACTIONS TO THESE METALS. PLEASE KNOW IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC BEFORE ORDERING FROM MY SHOP.

****Please KNOW your ring size when ordering. I am not responsible for your ring if you provided me with the wrong ring size. I can offer you a 10% discount if you need to order another ring with the correct sizing. ******

All colored rings are IP PLATED and will scratch if not treated carefully. I only ship out unused and unworn NEW rings. ALL colored rings will show some degree of wear over time. Just the same as Black gold. Since I have no idea what customers will put their rings through- I DO NOT replace or take back any colored rings whatsoever... these are ALL SALES FINAL buy at your own risk.

*** Since everyone wears jewelry different, outside colored lettering patina may or may not fade out at different times.***

***Bands with colored LETTERING are NOT covered under my shops 6 month Warranty*** Rings that contain colored lettering will fade over time, coloring is unfortunately not permanent in stainless steel. I am continuously working to make it last longer but please know that this is Novelty coloring at best. The words will always be there but the lettering will eventually fade or chip out depending on wear by each individual. Hair Dressers and Employees with their hands in chemicals and water a lot may notice quicker fading. Please be aware of this when ordering. ***

*** Gemstone Rings ***

If a ring you purchase from me loses a stone or Chips a stone With in the first 6 months from your purchase date I will replace the stone/s FREE OF CHARGE, However since I do not charge a "warranty" fee, Shipping To me will be the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. I will ship items back with Tracking in the USA first class. However, due to costs of INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING this will be the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER and you will need to CONTACT ME PRIOR to sending your item so i can create you a return shipping link.

If you ship your item to me in a regular envelope and it does not make it here, this is NOT my responsibility. Please make sure you at least ship it back to me in a PADDED mailer. Your item will be returned First Class Mail with tracking information. (Since all packages are shipped with Tracking I know when they are received.)


*** Some listings are not included in this, please message me if you need to know if a particular set is covered. Some listings stating Limited edition or close out would not qualify***

IP Plated and Colored rings may have a very thin line inside, this is a hang mark from the plating process and is not a defect. It is normal for these types of rings. Blue hues may differ slightly from ring to ring.

Items are sent from the USA first class international and insured by me as a free service to you, for the full price you pay for your item(s) NOT including shipping costs. If your package tracking shows delivered the insurance company will not honor the claim.

If expedited shipping is desired you can choose this option upon checkout. (Please note expedited shipping does not include the processing time of 1-5 business days it takes to make your item as virtually ALL of my items are custom made to order.)

Any extra charges external to my control (eg any government charges/VAT/Customs fees) is a responsibility and risk undertaken by the purchaser. I am not responsible for returned items not paid through customs etc... IF ITEM DELIVERY IS ATTEMPTED AND YOU DO NOT PAY VAT AND COLLECT YOUR ITEM AND IT IS RETURNED TO ME, THIS DOES NOT WARRANT A REFUND ON MY PART...

These fees will be the buyers responsibility as I have no way of knowing what the charges will be. Again this is a risk undertaken by the buyer when purchasing from my shop.

I ship basic first class 2-5 days with tracking or if chosen for an upgrade priority flat rate after your order is processed (Usually between 1-5 business days). The USPS does not guarantee shipping dates, and the expected delivery date on tracking is an estimate, not a definite delivery date. If you wish to go priority express mail to expedite and have a definite delivery date, then please select this option at checkout (However please know that this does not include processing time of your item.) All of my Priority packages CAN be shipped SIGNATURE REQUIRED to protect against theft and Mis-delivery, Please let me know if this is a service you want and I will add it at no additional shipping cost in the USA. My shop is not responsible for replacing your item free of charge in the event of theft of your package, If you live in a questionable area PLEASE REQUEST SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

EVERYONE:

If you are needing an item by a specific time You MUST contact me PRIOR to purchasing your item so I can let you know whether this is possible or not, writing this in the notes to seller section can cause your order to be cancelled if it is something i cannot promise. ( I cannot promise any International packages without expedited shipping sorry. The USPS does not guarantee shipping dates, and the expected delivery date on tracking is an estimate, not a definite delivery date.)

Please allow up to 21 days for your item to arrive in the USA, this may take longer for orders outside of the USA. In some rare cases it can take up to 10 weeks for international mail, depending on customs. Once USPS accepts the package from Me I have no control over the package and am NOT responsible for it or it's delivery.

Additional policies and FAQs
This is the information I need from you when at the checkout page (VERY IMPORTANT)

If you are ordering rings, please make sure you include ALL stamping/engraving instructions ( inside and outside ) for your ring(s) are in the "Note To Seller Box" . Please note that you are responsible for leaving all instructions mentioned in your previous messages in the checkout page notes section- this will ensure that you receive exactly what you want engraved on your ring(s). Also, I cannot keep going back and scanning previous messages for engraving details of your order. I cannot be responsible for any engraving details left out by you on the checkout page.

Hand stamping is an art and will not look like machine engraved pieces. Each letter is individually hand stamped by me so each piece is uniquely made for you. Slight variations in depth of strike and placement of letter is what makes the art of hand stamping so unique and beautiful. I try to get them as straight as I can but they are not always what some would consider "Perfect" If "Perfect" is what you desire then please find someone that Laser engraves their products. But if you want unique one of a kind items then these are for you. These Rings are made to order so please allow 3-5 Business days for processing. (I do not want to send you a poorly made item.)

Where do I put my requests for customization of stones and engraving?

After you have chosen your items from the drop down menu (If on computer) once your item is added to your cart for purchasing a box will show up on the bottom left that says "additional notes to seller" please put any notes to me there.

If using the phone app once items are added to your cart for purchasing click on the cart icon. Below the description of what you are purchasing there is a link that says "Add optional note to seller" click on that and put all notes to me there.

Doing this will ensure that all of your requests print out directly on your order form for both of us to see.

Wholesale availability

I do not sale my items Wholesale. Please do not contact me with offers. Thank you.

Sizing details

All my rings are listed as US ring sizes but if you need a special size please contact me through convo and I will let you know if I can make your custom size. Please use the size chart attached to the listings this way all sizes are the same.

Care instructions

Mystic topaz and Moonstone should not be cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner. Please use cleaners safe for opals and pearls. Ultra sonic cleaners will remove the colored patina from your rings. Please just use a light cleaning solution of Luke warm water and dish soap on colored bands when brightening is desired.

Will you mark item a gift to avoid VAT and Other fees?

No absolutely not. This is illegal and can cause my shop to be closed.

How do I keep the coloring in my rings nice?

Bands with colored LETTERING are NOT covered under my shops 6 month Warranty any longer. If you wish your rings re-colored please select the listing in my shop to have them re-colored. Everyone wears their rings differently so color wearing varies.

Here are some tips other customers have told me they have done to keep them looking great over the years.

1. One lady would paint over the color with clear nail polish.
2. Another would touch up the color using oil based sharpie marker.
3. Another would paint over the color with model paint and would wipe off the access with a light swipe of acetone.
4. And the crafty ladies who touch up at home using nail polish. Which I have heard works really good but it obviously not very lasting.

Can I mix and match different sets?

Yes you can mix a ladies ring set from one listing and a male band from​ another set. Please contact me so I can create a special listing that will reflect the price differences for you. No, there is no added fees to mix and match in my shop.

Express Shipping

Choosing express shipping at the checkout does NOT expedite your order. It only makes shipping faster once order is complete (usually between 3-7 Business days NOT including weekends) If you are needing a RUSH order please contact me prior to purchasing your item to see if this is possible FIRST. There will be added fees for rush orders.
