They responded super quickly & offered to include it for free! I couldn't allow that, so we agreed they’d list it & let me cancel my first order to repurchase everything. My items shipped quickly & were nicely packaged. The seller was super kind to include extra charms,stickers,& an extra worry stone! The quality of everything is amazing. I've bought similar items elsewhere & the glaze is often sticky, but these were absolutely perfect! I also love the inclusion of the ball-chain protectors; it’s a small detail that makes a world of difference.
