Each and every item in our store arrives beautifully packaged in a gift bag with bow and includes a gift tag illustrated exclusively for us.

We offer our ladies robes in four sizes;
XS/S: Suits US sizing 2-4 | AUS sizing 6-8
S/M: Suits US sizing 6-8 | AUS sizing 10-12
M/L: Suits US sizing 10-12 | AUS sizing 14-16
L/XL: Suits US sizing 14 | AUS sizing 18
We offer our ladies sleep wear in five sizes;
XS: Suits US sizing 2-4 | AUS/UK sizing 6-8
S: Suits US sizing 6 | AUS/UK sizing 10
M: Suits US sizing 8 | AUS/UK sizing 12
L: Suits US sizing 10 | AUS/UK sizing 14
XL: Suits US sizing 12 | AUS/UK sizing 16
We unfortunately don't offer custom sizes.

Are the robes see through?
We were very conscious of choosing premium fabrics that aren't see through when designing all of our robes. We want all brides and bridal parties to feel comfortable and continue to wear their Le Rose robe long after the big day!
We do suggest that nude colored undergarments are worn with our lighter colored robes as underwear tones different to your skin tone will throw shadow lines.
Our listing photos aren't edited in any way and the robes have been worn over nude coloured underwear.
Our 'all over' lace bridal robes include a luxurious white slip to be worn underneath.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are packed in 3-5 business days and worldwide shipping takes 2-6 business days.
If your order is urgent we offer an express and priority option which will ensure your order is packed as a priority and shipped with the fastest option possible.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Additional time is required for embroidered items, please check each product description. If your order is time sensitive we do offer various express options including next day dispatch at an additional charge. We do suggest reaching out via conversations if your order is time sensitive and also advising your required by date in the notes at checkout.
Custom and personalised orders
Please check each listing carefully and ensure you provide all required personalisation details to ensure your order is not delayed. If you have any queries in regards to the fonts, colours etc. that we offer please reach out, our team are more than happy to help.
Personalised items, including our sleepwear, robes, bags and sashes are not eligible for returns.
Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please send us a message to receive a return authorisation and to let us know your return is on its way.
*Any customised, printed or embroidered items including sashes, robes, sleepwear and bags are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
*Intimate items including bodysuits and briefs can not be returned or exchanged
*All sale items purchased are final and cannot be returned for change of mind.
