How to begin LeWooDesign
Our story isn't about a sudden twist of fate, but about a true calling that was patiently waiting for its time.
By education, we are an engineer and an economist. Myroslav and Maryna. We had successful careers, but in our hearts, we always held onto our childhood passions: Maryna love for sewing and design, and Myroslav's passion for drawing and construction. Those skills seemed to belong to the past, yet they ultimately became our future.
It all started with the search for a gift—a simple leather notebook for my father. Unable to find what we were looking for, we decided to create it ourselves. That moment was a turning point. The first cut of leather, the first stitch... We realized we had found not just a hobby, but a vocation where all the stars aligned: his technical skill and her economic sense, her taste and his patience.
Supporting each other, we began to create. Miroslav's first notebooks and keychains, Marina's first cosmetic bags and purses... We took a risk and listed our work on Etsy. And—lo and behold!—the first orders came in. We couldn't believe our eyes!
We reinvested every penny earned from our leather goods back into our shared dream: buying professional tools, the finest leather, and expanding our small workshop. We were fueled by your warm reviews, repeat orders, and personal recommendations. For us, this was the ultimate sign that we were on the right path.
Our philosophy is simple: we don't just create leather accessories. We put a piece of ourselves, our good mood, and our confidence in impeccable quality into every single item.
