Returns and exchanges
1. Vintage Condition:

1a. Items sold through Leaf England are used and often very old – as years of use will invariably add wear and tear to items you should not expect condition of items to be “new” “mint” or “brand new”.

1b. Leaf England takes care to describe and photograph an items condition accurately and completely. If you have concerns about the condition of an item before purchasing you can contact the Leaf England for more details about its description and for additional photographs.

1c. As such we do not give refunds or accept returns on sold items. If however the item is damaged in shipment a claim may be made for a refund.

2. Damaged Goods:

2a. Leaf England takes great care in packaging items to avoid damage, however at times beyond our control damages may occur in shipping. When your order arrives inspect the packaging for apparent damage it is important to photograph the unopened package to show the condition of the package. Contact Leaf England immediately claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.
You may need to provide photographs of the damage to the item and a description of the damage. Keep the original packaging materials; they will be required to proceed with a damage claim.
Payment
Payment methods accepted are through PayPal via the Etsy store. All orders must be paid in full before delivery or pick-up.
Shipping
1. Delivery:

1a. Items are dispatched within 1-2 business days from when you place the order. Within the UK, items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded and should arrive within 1-2 business days.

1b. If there is any delay on dispatch, you will be contacted in advance to let you know.

1c. Other delays may occur to delivery, such as; customs delays, accidents or weather conditions beyond Leaf England's control. If a delivery delay is suspected once despatched please contact Leaf England so that we are able to track the delivery.

1d. No refunds are provided for delayed deliveries, but a claim for lost items may be processed after 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

2. Customs and Duties:

2a. International orders may face Customs and Duty charges. These charges are beyond the control of Leaf England, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

3.Packaging:

3a. As an ethical brand we are committed to helping conserve the environment. We use recycled packaging where possible and also encourage you to recycle once finished with. We use 100% biodegradable eco loose fill instead of polystyrene.

3b. Postage charges include postage itself, materials and labour.

4. Larger items and furniture

4a. Larger items and furniture will require local pick-up or for you to arrange your own courier. Please contact us after purchase to arrange a time slot to collect your item. Collection must be within 10 working days. If after 10 days the item has not been picked up your transaction will be canceled. Your purchase price will be refunded.
