5 out of 5 starsFollowing a two week delay by UPS, my Hoya Lisa finally arrived today. She is absolutely perfect! I was so excited and happy to see this little Hoya made it here looking healthy and happy! I attribute it to the excellent care and packing by the seller. Highly recommend.

5 out of 5 starsI received this begonia start. I took a picture and sent it to her. She was not happy with the quality. Said she would send a replacement. Was so nice of her. Haven’t received the replacement yet. But we just talked the other date. The owner is really kind. Don’t want to show a pic of the struggling first plant she sent.

Hello Linda, I sent you a individual message about this issue, but I am so sorry to hear that you were not happy with what you received. Shipping plants is difficult and I do try my best but sometimes plants do not arrive in the intended condition, in which case I will happily replace or refund the plant. As far as the pot and size goes, I grow my plants in a variety of pots and I explain in each description you will receive a plant of the same size but not the exact in the photo. I ship all plants in pots. I hope that we can resolve this as I want every customer to be happy.
