5 out of 5 starsI bought this bag for a ren fair and it was honestly the best purchase I've ever done that is not only usable for a con but also for everyday use (because I WILL use the leaf bag!!) it's such a nice touch to any outfit and it comes in handy to store a couple of things

5 out of 5 starsI love the belt bag. It's comfy and spacious enought to fit the necessities (phone, wallet, keys). It also looks incredibly cute. The material feels soft, yet durable and the bag itself is well crafted. I live in Sweden and it got here way faster than I expected and with no hassle. It looks the same in person as it does in the pictures, but it still surpassed my expectations. It is somehow even more beautiful in person and it's just so soft. I also, perhaps because I didn't read the description in depth, didn't expect for there to be a zipper at the opening of the bag and so I was very pleasantly surprised. My only regret is that I didn't get it with the belt.

5 out of 5 starsThis bag is very well crafted and super, super soft. It arrives exactly as it looks in the photos and the time frame given for it to arrive (about a month) was accurate. I love this bag so much. It has plenty of space, zippers, and snaps to keep your items secure if the bag falls over or something. It's perfect - if you're on the fence, just buy it!

Can I track my order?
Yes! We will email you the tracking information after the courier service picked it up.
Do I have to pay import tax upon reciving my order?
Please check what your country's import restrictions are from the EU before purchase and understand that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases you might incur, since this fee is not included in the shipping fee. Shipping fee only covers the price of the delivery service, import tax is not included. Please do not ask us to mark your order as a "gift" this is against the law and we will not do so.
What happens when no one is available at my home or office to accept the parcel??
If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, your courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice. With your delivery attempt notice you can request a new delivery by contacting FedEx directly with your tracking number to schedule a new delivery. Do not delay the delivery and or customs process of your parcel, because they can charge you for additional storage fees. FedEx will only store your parcel for 7 days in total before the parcel gets destroyed! In this case we won’t be able to resend the item or provide a refund of the order! Completing the custom process and accepting the delivery of the parcel is the responsibility of the buyer and Leafling Kft. cannot be held responsible for any loss in value!
Do you accept Returns?
We are unable to provide a return shipping label. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your order must be returned within 14 business days of delivery or by the end of the fiscal month the item was shipped. If the item is not returned by the end of the fiscal month we can only provide store credit or exchange to an other item of the same value.
All items must be returned in the manner in which they were received. If we find that the item have already been used, lost or damaged during the return shipping, we cannot replace them and we cannot give a refund!

What to do is the shipping address is incorrect?
If the wrong shipping address was provided at the time of your order, please contact us as soon as possible, before the order gets shipped! In the email please include your order number and your full name and correct shipping address. If the item has already been delivered we are unable to refund the order or ship a new one. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a valid shipping address at the time of the order and Leafling Kft. cannot be held responsible for any loss in value if the incorrect address was provided!
I didn’t receive my order. What to do now?
Please note that small delays can be expected due to the pandemic, customs, bank holidays.
If your package shows it has been delivered and it is not at your business or home, please contact FedEx with your tracking nr. As a service standard, FedEx requires a signature on all deliveries. However, in some circumstances recipients can allow FedEx to leave your package without a signature. If the buyer allows delivery with no signature and the package gets lost or stolen we won’t be able to resend the item or provide a refund of the order! Always ask for a signature as proof of delivery! Leafling Kft. cannot be held responsible for any loss in value if the recipients allowed FedEx to leave your package without a signature!
The item was damaged during shipping. What do I do now?
If the item was damaged during shipping please contact us with photos of the package and item. We will need the documentation in order to file a complaint with the shipping provider in order to get a refund.
Are the belt bag sets available in any other color?
The belt bag sets are only available in 3 color options and we are unable to make them in any other color at this time.
