Maybe you'll find some mistakes in my sentences but I have an excuse for that! ;) I am dutch and was born in the Netherlands 32 years ago!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
For returns when products are damaged, Leanderornaments is responsable for new shipping costs.

For returns, when products are NOT damaged, the client is responsable for the shipping costs.

I ship WITHOUT tracking and Insurance. If you want tracking and/or Insurance you can contact me. Prices are from 11 euros to 18 euros.
Its shipped with DHL or PostNL

Shipping Europe is approx up to 2 weeks.
Shipping World is approx up to 4-6 weeks (mostly its about 2 weeks but to be sure I always advice to buy early if you need products for a special occasion).
