Very nice dress. Fits a little large so will need to be taken in. There was also a train in the back that I did not realize was there.

The seller responded a little slowly to questions, but the dress shipped fast! I wish there had been closer detail shots of the dress, the fabric was not what I expected. Overall still a *gorgeous*, well-constructed dress, just not quite what I'm looking for... I will be reselling it (it was final sale) and I'm sure it will make another bride very happy.

Please note: All sales are FINAL. All of our pieces are handmade, limited and several made to order. Due to this, we are unable to accommodate returns. Please take care in selecting your sizes and providing accurate measurements for custom pieces, as well as being certain about your purchase.

Returns, exchanges and Restocking fees. If an item listing offers a return option (these are very few items that include multiple quantity stock of RTW only), there are a few parameters that must be met. . it must be returned within 48 hours from the moment of confirmed FedEX arrival. It must be sent back through a major carrier (FedEX, UPS, DHL). It must have no odor (body, home, pet, fabric refresher) and it must be in the original condition. If these standards are met, you will be issued an 80% refund. There are no exceptions beyond the 48 hour window. We do NOT accept returns on any bridal items.

All of our dresses are made-to-order in standard sizes, not custom-made to your measurements. The size chart reflects body measurements, not garment measurements, and may not reflect your usual size in ready to wear clothing. Please be aware that bridal sizing is often smaller than ready-to-wear sizing. Don’t be alarmed if the size your measurements indicated is not the size you normally buy off the rack.


Alterations
You should expect to have alterations done in order to get the perfect fit for you and your bridal party. We do not offer alteration services on items and are not responsible for the cost of alterations, so please choose your size carefully. Dresses are made to our size chart sizes, not custom made to specific measurements. The price of the dress does not include alterations. We are not responsible for any alterations made after you receive the garment. We always recommend choosing the larger size if a measurement falls between sizes. It is much easier to take in a dress than deal with one that is too small.


Damage and Loss
We do not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping.

If you receive an item that appears to be damaged (not eligible for floor sample dresses, that are listed in as-is condition) please message us within 3 days of receiving to see if there may be a replacement/solution we can send you. We will not consider any kind replacement once the item(s) have been in your possesion for more than 5 business days.

To avoid damages follow these simple steps:
1.Never try to zip yourself into a fitted dress or gown. We always recommend having someone else zip you in to avoid broken zippers. When someone tries to zip themselves in they can contort the body or improperly pull the zipper from the wrong angle putting strain on it and causing damage to the track of the teeth making it more difficult to zip each subsequent time. It also becomes easy to zip fabric from the dress into it and causes damage to the dress material.

2. Always have your dress properly hemmed and adjusted by your local tailor. A proper fit and hem will provide longevity of your garment.

3. We recommend dry-cleaning or professional pressing for most of our items. If your item is not marked with a fiber content, please message us so that we can provide you that information for your cleaner.
Payment
Through PayPal, we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Store Security
We use PayPal for all payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Please submit payment within 24 hours of purchase or your sale will be cancelled.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via FedEx. If you are in The US, this means secure delivery in 5-7 days. If you are in another country, it may be up to 2 weeks or a touch longer to account for customs.

Lost Packages and Shipping Issues
Once we send an item, it is at the mercy of the carrier. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, we highly recommend it. Please email us prior to making your purchase so we can set-up a listing that includes the added cost of the shipping insurance. We do not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping. Also, please take care to list a secure shipping address to avoid problems with loss and theft.

International customers
Please purchase your gown at least 5 months prior to the date you will need it to arrive. Shipping can take from 2 weeks +, so don't wait until the last minute. All packages may be subject to customs and any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer and not us.
Additional policies and FAQs
Production (this refers to custom orders, not most of the items in this shop that are ready to ship)
If placing a custom order please allow 20 weeks for the production of your handmade gown. Because they are handmade, there may be small discrepancies between your product and the one photographed on the model. We do our best to make our reproductions exact, but we are human. On occasion, we will have to substitute laces and materials as sometimes these become discontinued. We always substitute with an equal quality replacement. For wedding gowns, aside from custom, alterations are not included. We have included a size chart with each listing and your local tailor will be able to make any necessary tweaks.

Customizations
Many of our gowns can be customized to match your needs. If you wish to make changes in any item or have one created specifically for you, please contact us for pricing. If you decide on customizations after making your payment, we will happily issue a PayPal invoice for the difference.

Gift Certificates
Please email us with the amount you would like to purchase for your gift certificate and we will send you a PayPal invoice.

Relationship Terms
We love our clients, but we also love our peaceful working environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client, at any point, if our working relationship becomes hostile or harassing. We will bend over backwards to meet your needs, but all requests must be handled with respect. If wedding nerves get the best of you, your family or your friends, and at any point it is taken out on us, we will give you one written warning prior to terminating our relationship. In these cases, we will refund any and all payments that have been made. (if item hasn't shipped yet)
