When first looking at the post it said at the top the price was $23 but at the bottom of the post the price was $17. So I contacted the see to see what the price truly was. It was the $23 plus mailing. The seller said that was a typo. I ordered March 11 according to the post it would ship out in 1-3 days. I waited and waited and waited and didn't hear anything or receive a tracking number so I contacted the seller again and she said that was another typo that she hand makes the items and they take 1-2 week production time. According to her she use to run a wholesale company and had a warehouse full of these things and could get them mailed out in 1-3 days. I did FINALLY get my item on March 26. I have screen shots of the original sell post and of our conversations I kept for my records.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Payment is due upon placing your order. After ordering, you have 3 days to make any changes to your order, including adding additional selections (i.e., adding a monogrammed name to your applique) or to cancel your order for a full refund. We will send a final confirmation message or email confirming your order before actually placing your order. After your order has been placed (3 days after payment), we will not be able to cancel or refund your order as we will have already started work on your unique item.

If you would like to make changes to your order or add additional selections to your order (i.e., adding a monogrammed name to your applique), you will have 3 days to do this after placing your initial order. We will send another confirmation message or email of your updated order as well as an invoice of the additional charges due. These additional charges are due within 2 days of receipt of the invoice.
Shipping
We ship all of our items through USPS. We provide tracking numbers for all of our items, so you will know where your item is at all times while it's being delivered to you. Shipping upgrades (i.e., using a different carrier, over-night mail, etc.) are paid for at the buyer's expense. Shipping insurance is available at an additional charge, so please let us know if you would like to add insurance to your order. We package all of our items safely in protective bags as well as plastic mailing envelopes, so we are not responsible for any damage done during shipping. If you're concerned about possible damage or your item being lost during shipment, we recommend adding shipping insurance.

If you need your order faster than the listed turnaround time, we have a rush service available for an additional fee. Fees vary depending on the urgency of the rush. Please let us know if you need your item rushed and how quickly you need it, along with your location, so that we can determine your rush fee for you and invoice you accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges

We try extremely hard to find the exact fabrics listed in our sample pictures or that our customers have requested, but due to fabric colors and patterns not always being readily available throughout the year, substitutions may be made. If substitutions are made, they will be as close as we can find to the original color or pattern requested. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this.

If after receiving your item you aren't happy, please let us know right away. We want our clients to love their unique items from us as much as we love making the items for them! We want to do everything possible to make you happy!
