I'm sure the product was as amazing as it is unique, but unfortunately through a mishap it was delivered to the wrong address. After contacting shop and trying to determine resolution one thing was clear, if you make a small mistake this seller may assume you're "confused" by the Etsy system and antagonize you for "somehow, somewhere" not knowing there was an address change function. P.S. I do, and I'm not sure how it got sent to an old address. Thank you for your sass and superb communication skills. I won't be bothering to re order.

Will not ship your item until payment is received successfully.
Shipping
Most items are shipped a day or two after order/money received unless specified in made to order item listings.

I ship all items first class mail, even overseas orders. If you would like your item shipped so you receive it sooner convo me and I can set up a custom listing to change/increase the shipping cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
I really want your shopping experience to be the best possible. I do my very best to represent my items accurately, however with every item being hand made and one of a kind some differences and imperfections may occur; when this happens please contact me with your concerns and I would be willing to work with you to fix any problems with the unsatisfactory item. If you have any issues or concerns please contact me before leaving a review/feedback.

When it comes to custom items, I will not start working on your item till payment is received. I will be happy to work with you, giving you sketches of what your custom item may look like but I will not fully make your item and wait for your approval until I receive payment, due to poor past experiences.

Custom order prices DO NOT include shipping.

I reserve all my rights to the artwork, including selling items, copies and variations of any commissioned artwork. If you want a specifically exclusive item that is not meant to appear in the shop, please contact me privately. Generally, though I reserve the right to, I will not sell custom portraits of people to people that aren't the original buyers.
