I'm trying to mold the shoulder pieces so they will lay on my shoulders more naturally. But even without those pieces it looked great. The picture I took, I am wearing a different belt than what came with the item and I'm not wearing the shoulder pieces. Shipping was very fast! Customer service was excellent, he wanted to make sure he had all of my correct measurements and that I was completely satisfied. He asked for constructive criticism so he could improve on this piece for future customers. I will keep an eye on this store for my future needs.
